Message +44 7490 300294 on WhatsApp with the tier you want. We confirm the price in riyals, share the payment options, and email the login once the money is received.
Is Apple Pay accepted for IPTV orders from Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Apple Pay and Google Pay both work, as do credit and debit cards and bank transfers.
Why does paying by bank transfer save 10%?
Transfers cost us less to process than card payments, so we pass the saving on. On Royal Lifetime that is around SAR 120 off.
What name appears on my card statement?
A neutral label that says nothing about television. If you need an invoice, ask on WhatsApp or by email.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. We have a 60-day refund policy: ask for a refund within 60 days of buying, on WhatsApp or by email.
Do I need to create an account on a website?
No sign-up form exists. The chat is the order, and an email address for the login is all we take from you.
Can I buy an IPTV subscription as a gift?
Yes. Pay as usual and give us the recipient’s email. We can also send the details to you so you hand them over in person.
Can I pay for less than a year, or test first?
No. Plans run for a year or for life, and we prefer to answer your questions in chat before you pay rather than hand out trial logins.

Devices and apps
Which TV brands work with your plans?
Samsung, LG, Android TV and Google TV sets all work through a player app. Very old models may need a stick or box plugged in.
What is the easiest app for a first-time user?
IPTV Smarters Pro on an Android TV or Fire TV Stick. Its menus are the same on a phone, so the whole family learns them once.
Can my MAG box from years ago still be used?
Yes, MAG boxes are supported. Send us the MAC address from the label on the box, we reply with your portal URL, and we guide you screen by screen through entering it (menu names vary by firmware).
Do I need a satellite dish or receiver?
No dish and no receiver. An internet connection and a device with a player app are enough.
Does the service work on a laptop in the office?
Yes, through VLC or a desktop player. Remember that it counts as one of the screens on your plan while it plays.
Can passengers watch on an iPad in the car?
Passengers can, over mobile data or a hotspot. Expect Full HD rather than 4K on a mobile connection, and keep an eye on your data allowance.
Which apps do you not recommend?
Any app sent as a file in a group chat or forum. Install players only from your device’s store or the developer’s website.
Quality, sport and replay
What speed does my home internet need?
Around 15 Mbps for one 4K screen and much less for Full HD. Add the figures together if several screens play at once.
Will matches ever freeze?
Our servers are load-balanced to spread demand on big nights, but no internet service can rule out a pause. A wired connection to the TV reduces the risk considerably.
Do football matches play in 4K?
On Gold 4K and Royal Lifetime, a match plays in 4K when the source broadcast exists in that quality; otherwise it plays in Full HD. Which matches are broadcast changes with the season.
How far back does replay go?
Three days on Gold 4K and seven days on Royal Lifetime, on channels that support catch-up. Essential does not include replay.
Do you carry Islamic and Quran channels?
They have a dedicated group, alongside Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine channels, kids, news and international sections.
Are there channels for South Asian and Filipino viewers?
The international section includes South Asian and Filipino groups as well as European and African channels.
Can I set a PIN so children only see family channels?
Most players, including IPTV Smarters Pro, let you lock channel groups behind a PIN from the settings menu.
Renewals, screens and the rest of the IPTV Saudi FAQ
What happens at the end of my year?
Drop us a line on WhatsApp shortly before the date. We extend the same tier or change it to suit you, and your email address and login stay as they are, so your favourites are still there after the renewal.
Can I move my lifetime plan to a new TV?
Yes. Add a player app to the replacement device and reuse your existing login; a lifetime plan follows you, not the hardware.
How many devices can I install IPTV Smarters Pro on?
Install it wherever you like. The limit applies to streams running at the same time, which matches the screen count of your plan.
I changed my email address. What should I do?
Write to us from the old address or on WhatsApp with your order details, and we update our records.
Is IPTV legal where I live?
We can’t give legal advice. Please check local rules in the country where you watch.
Where else can I ask a question?

Do you speak Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Write in whichever language you prefer; the same team handles both sections of the site.
Can my relatives in another city share my plan?
Only if your plan has a spare screen for them, since every simultaneous stream counts. A separate household is better off with its own plan, so nobody is cut off on a big match night.
Is it slower after iftar in Ramadan?
Evenings after iftar are our busiest hours, which is why the servers are load-balanced. A wired connection and an up-to-date player give you the best results then, though no internet service can rule out a pause.
