What IPTV Smarters Pro does, and what it does not
The most common misunderstanding we meet is that the app comes with channels. It does not. Like any IPTV smart player, it is an empty shell until you add a subscription: it reads the list your provider sends, draws the programme guide, and plays the streams. Download it on its own and you will see a login screen and nothing else.
That is why the app is free to install while the service behind it is paid. Our Gold 4K and Royal Lifetime plans send 4K streams to the player, Essential sends Full HD, and all three include films and series that appear in the app’s on-demand sections. Where you can install the app
IPTV Smarters Pro availability depends on the store in your region and the device’s age, and menu names vary by app version. These are the routes our team uses most.
Android TV and Google TV
Open the Play Store on the TV, search for the app by name, install, then open it from the apps row.
Fire TV Stick
Check the Amazon Appstore first. If it is not listed in your region, message us and we explain the safest current route.
Android phones and tablets
Install from the Play Store, then rotate to landscape for the full guide view.
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
Search the App Store by name. On Apple TV the three login fields are quicker to fill from a paired iPhone keyboard than with the remote.
Windows and Mac
Use the developer’s desktop build, or VLC with your M3U link if you only need live channels.
Samsung and LG TVs
The app is often missing from these stores. IBO Player is the usual stand-in and accepts the same details.

Have our email to hand on your phone before opening IPTV Smarters Pro. Every field is case-sensitive, so copy carefully.

Open the app and accept the terms
The first launch shows the developer’s terms and, on some versions, a choice of layout. Pick the TV layout on a television.

Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
This option gives you the full guide, films and series. It is sometimes labelled Add User, then Xtream Codes.

Type any name for the profile
Something like Home or Majlis TV helps if several people share the app.

Enter username and password
Copy both exactly as written in our email, including capital letters and numbers.

Paste the full address from the email, starting with http, including the port number if one is shown.

Expect a short wait on the first sign-in while the live list, the film and series library and the guide arrive.

Open a channel group, long-press a channel, and add it to favourites so the family finds it straight away.
Prefer an M3U link? Choose Load Your Playlist or File/URL instead, paste the link from the email, and give the playlist a name. The guide may load more slowly that way.

Look for the clock symbol beside a channel name: Gold 4K stores three days of past programmes there, Royal Lifetime a full week.
Favourites per profile
Each profile keeps its own list, so the children’s cartoons do not crowd the football channels.
Parental control
Hide whole channel groups behind a PIN code, so the tablet the children borrow opens only on what you chose for them.
Multi-screen view
Some versions show several channels side by side on larger devices. Each one counts as a stream, so it only works if your plan covers that many screens.
Choosing a player
Smarters or another IPTV smart player?
There is no single best app for every home. IPTV Smarters Pro is easy to learn and looks the same on a phone and a TV, which is why we suggest it first. Some customers move on once they know what they want from a player.
TiviMate is a favourite on Android TV boxes for its fast guide and recording features, though some of them sit behind the app’s own paid option. XCIPTV is light and quick on older sticks. IBO Player fills the gap on Samsung and LG sets. GSE Smart IPTV is popular on Apple devices, and VLC is fine for a quick check on a laptop.
Your account is not tied to one app. One screen could run TiviMate and another the iOS app, provided the count of simultaneous streams does not exceed what you paid for.

Troubleshooting
Fixing the problems we see most
In IPTV Smarters Pro, an invalid username or password is nearly always a typing issue. Check capital letters, a stray space at the end, or a zero typed as the letter O. Copying from the email on a phone and pasting through a remote keyboard app avoids most of these slips.
If the app signs in but shows no channels, the server URL is usually incomplete. It needs the http part at the front and the port number if our email lists one. Delete the profile, add it again, and paste the address in one go.
An empty or misaligned guide normally fixes itself after you refresh the EPG from the settings menu. If the times are an hour or more out, check the device’s own time zone is set to Riyadh, Arabia Standard Time.
When playback halts every so often, look at the home network before blaming the app. A TV or box wired to the router by cable holds a steadier signal than Wi-Fi through two walls, and a big download running on another device in the house can starve the stream. Busy evenings are shared out across several servers on our side, yet no service anywhere can promise that a stream will never pause. If it keeps happening, message us on WhatsApp with the channel name and the time it stopped, and we check it with you.
Older devices
Older TVs and first-generation sticks
Plenty of homes in the Kingdom still use a Full HD television bought five or six years ago, and that is fine. The question is not the screen but the device running IPTV Smarters Pro. If the built-in store has no suitable player app, a Fire TV Stick or a basic Android box gives the set a second life for a modest outlay.
Older first-generation sticks can feel slow with a big channel list. The app loads everything at once on first login, so give it time, then hide the channel groups you never watch from the settings menu. A shorter list scrolls faster and uses less memory.

Good habits
Keeping the app running smoothly all year
Update IPTV Smarters Pro when your store offers a new version, but give it a day before you do on match nights, just in case the layout changes. Clear the app cache every few months on Android devices, which frees memory on smaller sticks. If a family member installs the player on another screen, make sure your plan includes enough screens; going over the limit is the usual cause of sudden logouts.
Before Ramadan, take five minutes to tidy the favourites list and add the drama channels you plan to follow. During the holy month, catch-up on Gold 4K and Royal Lifetime is where the app earns its place: open the channel, press the clock icon, and pick last night’s episode from the list.

Is IPTV Smarters Pro free to download?
The app itself installs free from the supported stores. The channels come from your subscription, which is a separate paid plan.
Which login should I choose, Xtream or M3U?
Choose Xtream codes. It loads the guide faster and splits live TV, films and series properly. Keep M3U for players that do not support Xtream.
IPTV Smarters Pro is missing from my Samsung TV store. What now?
Samsung and LG stores often leave it out. IBO Player does the same job on those sets; otherwise a streaming stick in a spare HDMI socket solves it.
Does IPTV Smarters Pro switch to 4K automatically?
If the device and TV support 4K and your plan is Gold 4K or Royal Lifetime, Ultra-HD channels play in 4K. A Full HD TV still shows them, scaled down.
IPTV Smarters Pro says my account has expired. What now?
Check the end date in the app’s account section. If it has passed, message us to renew; if not, send us your username and we check the account.
Is there a safer alternative to downloading APK files?
Use the store on your device wherever possible. If a store does not list the app, ask us first rather than installing a file from a forum or group chat.
